My second time back here with friends and it was again excellent, the food is top class and the service is second to none and the prices are very reasonable. I had the tenderlion strips which were delicious, the soup to start was perfect and a good old fashioned Apple Pie and Ice Cream to finish. Well worth a visit... More

The Parson's Table is actually an old church - very quaint and interesting atmosphere. We enjoyed a good meal with excellent service. The sesame tuna was good & my shrimp & scallops were delicious. A little pricey for the quality of the food (have had better) but still worth the dining experience (it was our first visit).

We went to the Parson's Table for our Valentine's dinner. This is one of our favorite restaurants in the area. We have never had a bad meal here. The service is also very good. I found the grouper entree to be very tasty and my husband enjoyed his prime rib dinner. We were seated in one of the small dining rooms... More

The Parson's Table is a great setting for a relaxing intimate dinner (though probably not for smaller children). My wife and I celebrated Valentines Day with dinner reservations there and were promptly seated at our reserved time. The interior was quaint and charming and the dinner menu was excellent as was the service. I had ordered flowers for the table... More

Ate at the Parsons Table in Little River SC recently. I have celiac disease, and went here because it appeared on my gluten free app. The waitress was not very knowledgeable about gluten. She spoke with the chef and assured me that everything would be gluten free.

Second time there and they have expanded their wine selections. Food was superb and staff very professional and knowledgeable. Cozy atmosphere and sooo much history. The owner who is an Irish tenor is now older so he was not there but he did an outstanding job of creating a memorable dining experience.

My Wife and Daughter and I had the most wonderful meal. I had the oysters on the half shell and they were fresh and very well presented. My wife & daughter had the wild mushrooms and said they were out of this world. The sald was fresh more than enough. Took some home. The lady's had the shrimp and grits... More

Wonderful...wonderful.. Service- Great timely... Well trained staff Ambiance- not noisy multiple dining rooms. The venue was a church in a prior life. Many stain glass windows throughout Food- Great! Our table ordered the prime rib, haddock and shrimp. Pricing was reasonable, serving size was great.....and behold a free salad with a great vinaigrette included in the price. Wine list- Choices... Description
Not only can you get a juicy roast prime rib at The Parson"s Table, but you can eat it inside a church, too. The location remains very much the same structure that it was in 1885, when Little River Methodist Church was built. The cherished establishment first opened its church doors as a restaurant in the late 1970's and has been serving exquisite American steakhouse fare ever since. The restaurant's decor is positively Southern-charm antique, complete with dark wooden walls, stained glass windows and an original Tiffany glass lamp in the main dining room. An award winning wine list graces The Parson's Table as well as an outstanding fresh seafood selection.
