As we entered the grill everyone at all the tables we pasted spoke to us. A very friendly town for sure.

In Newberry for a limited visit with the thought of making a side trip for lunch at a well known restaurant in Batesburg. Having heard the Grill on Main come up several times and passing it on a walking tour we decided to give it a try. The food and service were excellent. The Ruebens were very good. The fried... More

The food is very good here and reasonably priced......like the title says I think it is the best value in Newberry.......the only little thing is that they seemed a little understaffed sometimes

Decided to stop in Newberry on trip to Asheville. This restaurant is located downtown with free parking nearby. Business was very brisk, had to wait a few minutes before we found an empty booth. Plenty of options for lunch. Meals were satisfactory, nothing memorable. Service was friendly but crowd limited timing. Meal took somewhat longer than desired. Pricing was on... More

Staying at the Hampton in and were able to walk to this small restaurant. The staff is very friendly. The menu has everything from burgers to dinners. It is a quaint old building in historic Newberry. The food was fantastic. Everything was cooked as ordered and was seasoned perfectly and looked nice as well. I had a ribeye and scallops... More

On our return from the beach, we stopped in Newberry, SC for lunch at The Grille on Main. This has the diner feel from the 60's and absolutely awesome burgers with perfect fries. Great service and will take credit cards.

The staff, the room, and the food just all make you feel like you are back home eating a home cooked meal. I had a steak and baked potato, and it reminded me of mom!
