The PIT is a hidden gem in Pawley's Island. The seafood is always good... the quantities are large... the beer selection is good... and it's gonna be a little noisy.

Known locally as “The PIT”. First, finding it is a problem. Then you must negotiate the rough driveway. Persevere; it’s worth it. Excellent friendly service. Crab cakes are outstanding. Onion rings are way better than most. Live music was great.
