Went there for breakfast one morning. We decided to have the buffet. It was a little pricey, but we were hungry and impatient. I wish we would have ordered off the menu. They had typical breakfast items, scrambled eggs, sausage, French toast, etc. All of it was dried out from sitting too long. They did bring out a fresh batch... More

After visit to Mt Rushmore for the day we were tired and hungry. This place was fantastic. Our waitress was great and the place overall was very welcoming. Food was really good. One of us had the buffet and we were jealous! Everything homemade. Ribs were meaty and moist. Cabbage rolls made like Grandma. Everything delicious and for a very... More

Our waitress was WONDERFUL!! The food on the dinner buffet smelled, looked and tasted home cooked. I could eat here daily. The cabbage rolls were to die for. The ribs were fall off the bone good, I miss it already.

Situated in the middle of town this establishment offers a great buffet for $15. Ribs, cabbage rolls, chicken, and mush more. Probably the best food I had on the trip!

After hiking to Harney Peak during the day, we were weak and weary and in need of a good meal so we stopped in an tried this spot on our way back to our hotel. We had the buffet which was plentiful in its meat and vegetable offerings, and also included a great salad/pasta bar. The staff was very accommodating... More

We ate here one morning for breakfast. All three of us had the breakfast buffet. It had the standard breakfast items on it... Eggs, bacon, pancakes, etc. It was pricey and average.

We stopped here on the way to attractions because of reviews. The restaurant is extremely run down. Service was average. No smiles. No welcoming just stares from the staff. Lunch menu was an after thought to the lunch buffet which did not look appetizing. Would recommend finding another place to eat in town.

We arrived late at Hill City and this was one of only a handful of places open. Typical café with western motif. I was told this place has been here since the early days of Hill City. We opted for their buffet since we were hungry and we didn't want to wait for our food. They had ribs, chicken and... More

This restaurant provides an all you can eat buffet, both a breakfast buffet and lunch, dinner buffet. If your not that hungry you can order off the menu. The dinner buffet includes ribs, cabbage rolls, chicken, a salad bar with soup and so much more!

While on vacation in the Black Hills, we thought it would be nice to try a local cafe to eat dinner. We stopped by on a Saturday evening at around 6PM. The cafe was mostly empty, which was surprising given the time of day and it being peak tourist season. The good: my wife and son had buffalo burgers and... More
