I have seen this restaurant from across the Highway and finally decided to go and try it out. After looking at reviews I decided to try the Scotty burger, Chili dog and Hash Browns. They cooked everything up for me and I took it to go. They do only take cash. The Scotty Burger is like a slider. I took... More

Tried the regular Burger and was not impressed. I was also surprised they didn't have sweet tea, i thought every restaurant in Tennessee had sweet tea. They only take cash and they sure don't get in a hurry for anything.

Thank you for stopping in.......sorry it did not meet your standards, and no every place in Tennessee does not have sweet tea...lol. Maybe you would consider giving us another try sometime and trying something different. Thanks again. More

We enjoyed our burgers at the old Diner. Just take a stool and watch them cook your food. Plenty of locals here. Our waitress was entertaining as she joked with everyone while doing everything!

We stopped here for lunch after reading the reviews. We knew it was a dive, but did not realize how much of a dive it was. The bathrooms were outside and gross. We went into the tiny restaurant and sat down. The waitress walked past us several times in 5 minutes, before even saying anything to us and when she... More

Driving down the interstate, looking for a place to eat. See this Scotty's, and figure what the heck, right? Right off the interstate, we pull up, it looks like a dive that has been here for a while. Walk in, it's lunch counter seating, kinda looks like a dive on the inside. But the place is half full. Waitress really... More

Scotty's. Hamburgers, and everything hit the back burner. Went in, counter style dining reminding me of my childhood and a little place we had at home called Joe and Ann's and I knew at that moment I was in a place where the food, atmosphere and people were what I was looking for. A burger made on the grill in... More

In business for many decades for a reason. Best little burgers made fresh at order. Counter style dining, children are mesmerized watching their food prepared in direct sight. Fast affordable eats.
