Craft beer and good food with a German twist. Very friendly if noisy atmosphere, the inside of the bar was packed which is always an indication that you are in the right place. The staff were friendly and efficient and we were very pleased to be able to sit outside on benches which had a more relax and quieter feel,... More

The Brewhaus is one of our favorite restaurants in Chattanooga. They offer a wide selection of fantastic German food. Try the schnitzel. You won't be sorry. Several kinds of sausage, combination meals, Brats, Kraut, the works. Share a Bavarian Pretzel w/ mustard and a brew (choose from at least 30 beers) while you wait. In good weather, you can sit... Brewhaus is consistently good. I love their nachos and their pimento cheese. They offer a great selection of beer on tab and gladly let you sample to find the perfect brew for you. Friendly staff.

Stopped in Brewhaus with family on their recommendation and were delighted with the food and atmosphere. This gastropub had plenty of craft beer on tap and a nice blend of traditional German food with a Southern twist. We shared a plate of kraut balls (better version of sausage balls) and the pimento cheese with pickled beets and sourdough bread. The... More

My husband and I went for the first time, Saturday Nov 12. My son and his wife were visiting and we thought we would try it, as he likes German food, etc. I had the Cherry Ale Chicken which was awesome. It was lightly seasoned grilled chicken with a chunky cherry ale and cherry topping. You get two sides with... More

We walked to the Brewhaus from the Pear Tree by Hilton around 8 pm. Great walk! Seating is a little limited and atmosphere is loud and hip but nothing unbearable. Saw several young couples there with children 1 and under so clearly family friendly. We enjoyed their schnitzel and spaetzle plates of food! Food was fresh and hot and didn't... More

On a recent visit to Chattanooga we arrived later in the evening and decided to try this place and weren't disappointed. Beer selection was better than average and the food was some of the best we've had on our many travels. Since it was a little late we didn't want to stuff ourselves so we ordered the smaller portions of... More

We chose the Brewhaus because there are not many decent German style restaurants in the Southeast. We walked over the bridge to the Brewhaus. The outdoor seating allowed us to enjoy a beautiful Chattanooga sunset. My wife had the Jager Schnitzel and I had the Brewhaha. Both were absolutely delicious. Wife had a red wine that was fine while I... More

I have eaten at Brewhaus many times over the past several years. This visit was disappointing as the food was somehow different. I order the same thing every time, thus my comparison is against the same meal, namely the Jaegar Schnitzel with a two sidecars, the Brussel Sprouts and the Beir Cabbage. The schnitzel was not crisp as you would... More

We had a delicious lunch today at Brewhaus. The service was fantastic, with our server being both knowledgeable and unobtrusive at the same time. I had the Jager Schnitzel and my boyfriend had the Brewhaha. The sides (bier cabbage, German potato salad, kraut, and vinegar slaw) were perfect with the entrees. Both were authentically-made and were super tasty. They also... More
