Wonderful food, service and atmosphere! We try to stay away from chain restaurants when we travel. We found Tony's in the art district of Chattanooga. It is worth the wait!

I agree that it's casual, but I'm not a fan of going out to eat at a restaurant with cloth napkins while dressed as if I'm going to clean out the garage. I would say nice shorts are ok, but not rag-tag.
