Went here on a recent trip through Chattanooga and had breakfast. Our waiter was very prompt and provided good service. Our food was fresh, hot and tasty. The coffee was freshly brewed and the cup kept topped off.

We were visiting & wanted to eat brunch. What a great choice. We had breakfast taco & mimosas. Everything was very fresh & tasted wonderful. All the food that was saw look delicious. Will be returning when we are back in town.

We had a great day at the aquarium and asked a local volunteer where a good lunch spot might be. She immediately directed us to The Blue Plate. We had the Chicken and Pancake with the loaded hash browns and the Chef Salad. OMG the Pancake was unbelievable, it was from Aretha Frankenstein's batter. It was delicious! The chicken was... More

Went here for breakfast while on vacation with my dad and we had a great meal. I ordered from breakfast, he ordered from lunch, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Service was just right, attentive enough but let us be to visit with one another. I'd recommend and I'd go back.

We stopped here for lunch after a full morning at the aquarium. Our three year old was tired and hungry and cranky and this place was perfect for that. It had high ceilings and nice curved booths, so his crankiness was contained and did not bother other patrons. The food was so so. My cream of mushroom soup was really... More

I'm thinking meat and two, instead it is an urban diner. Creative menu. Good food. Attentive staff. Pleasant atmosphere. We will come back.

Such good food. A pancake that comes in a skillet (hurrah). A salmon omelette to remember. Great service and a wonderful location. A bit expensive.

We went here because nobody takes reservations around there and we had 9 people and we were at the aquarium. Great service. They did work it out and set us at 2 tables and split everything but just ok food. Its more of a quick lunch place. The broccoli casserole was amazing though.

The food was good and location is great. There's a huge field outside where the kids got to run around. I did think that for what it was, it was a bit too expensive. Kids meals were around $7.

Inside or outside this is a relaxed way to have a meal with many fun and special features. The Shrimp N Grits were amazing. We enjoyed a table outside facing the park and water and it was so peaceful and nice!
