Fantastic food. Definitely the high end Grisanti's based on food. The only reason I do not give this 5 stars is because the ambience is awful, but somewhat expected since it is at the end of an antique mall. Silverware extremely cheap. Service excellent, except I had to teach the young waitress how to decant and serve wine. She just... More

Our daughter took us there for lunch and we discovered a treasure...................a treasure hidden in the back of an antique store,,"Imagine that!" We were in Tuscany a year ago and thought we had returned. The food was amazing. I had the shrimp in garlic butter and it was the best I had ever had, including all parts of Italy. Alex... More

The food is nicely prepared and presented and service depends on your server but we generally found service to be pleasant. Our only concern (and surprise) was that the pricing seemed high.

Went for lunch. Ordered a green salad with grilled chicken. Cost almost $17 with the tax. Add 20% tip and it totally ate up a $20 bill. Very high priced for this part of the country. Atmosphere is nice and the food is okay. Service was good.

My wife & I were joined by son & daughter in law along with friends from Atlanta. Appetizers were very good, and the variety of entrees of the group were also good, as was desert. Service was very good, but food was somewhat slow. Restaurant is located in rear of an "antique" / consignment mall and atmosphere is lacking. Very... More

It took me a while to find the place since it's inside a huge antique store. The decor is warm and only a few tables lie inside. I ordered a cup of sparragus soup which was very good. I expected that the main Italian course was as good as the soup. Not so. I usually order lasagna in an Italian... More

The restaurant is inside Sheffield's Antique Mall. The lighting was perfect, and we were seated pretty much in the middle of the restaurant bc our party had 14 people. Toasted Ravioli, Miss Mary's salad & Elfo special are my favorites. These are the foods of my memory from a very young age at John Grisanti's on Airways. Now prepared by... More

We ate here today prior to shopping at Sheffields Antique mall. We had a group of 10 and were seated quickly. We ordered 3 Margarita pizzas, 2 side salads and a soup of the day. A few minutes after we ordered we were told there was no more Pizza dough. We replaced our Pizza with paninis. About 45 minted later... More

As stated by others - located in the back of Shefields Antique Mall - Comfortable atmosphere - can be a little "too close" occasionally, but still worth going. They do take reservations - the wait staff has always been on spot.

Shout out to Sarrah. She was the best server we have ever had in the Greater Memphis area. She was friendly, knowledgeable and checked back with us at the right frequency. The menu had limited options, but we didn't have any trouble finding entrees. Our food was served quickly and was very good. Temperature and flavor were spot on. Like... More
