This place is not easy to find. When you arrive.....Go thru the dining room down a long hall and the bar is in the back. Happy Hour ends at 5pm. But normal beer prices are good. My husband and I decided on the pizza. It was okay but not great. Too much cheese and not enough sauce. Crust was thicker... More

We were just spending one night in Crossville on our way through Tennessee and found not many local places are open on Sunday nights. Lucky for us Red's Ale House was. Excellent fried pickle spears-great breading and the pickles were very crunchy. Excellent meatloaf and the chicken & rice soup was incredible. I can see why it is a popular... More

This is our third visit. Made a special effort to stop here on our travel through TN. Great pizza and specials of the day. This is where the locals go. Very friendly crowd. Have eaten in the front diningroom, but if you want an experience, go to the back bar through the hallway where they have 21 beers on tap!... More

Ale house now serves wine since the July 1 Tennessee state change. Guess what? The house wine is Crane Lake for $6.00 a glass. This horse piss could be bought anywhere from $3.00 to $5.00 a bottle retail!!

I've been to Red's many times and I love the atmosphere that this place has. Their food is good and the drinks are cold and yummy. There is the restaurant in the front and the lounge in the back. They have a small outside area for sitting. This is a great place to come and have dinner or sit in... More

Seems like the place all the locals go to for some ale and quick food. The place was fine as far as a local tavern goes. The bartender was friendly and helpful with suggestions of where to go on our visit to Nashville. We however, were the youngest people there, so if you are looking for a younger crowd, you... More

This was our second visit here. We enjoyed our dinner and service very much. The first time we went here we stopped in the bar in the back and had a beer or two. It has the feel of a family restaurant. Everybody seems to know everyone. The food was terrific. We had the chicken fried steak and the philly... More

We were there on Sunday after church & as usual found most of our fellow parishioners there as well. Friendly place with great food, great prices & great service. There pizza is also really good although I usually don't eat pizza.
