We have gone to several Macaroni Grills over the years and had not had the chance to check out the Franklin location. I'd say that the food we had was average and the service was fine but there are so many other Italian restaurants around that we probably will not come back to this one. I'd rather give my business... More

We stopped in for s quick lunch. My husband enjoyed his Parmesan chicken sandwich. He offered me a bite and since I didn't like my meal, I gladly accepted. I thought it was fair. My Caprese sandwich was so soggy with pungent dressing the bread fell apart. Our kind server removed it from the bill. There was only one other... More

The waiter was attentive and professional. Everyone in our party loved the bread and olive oil that was offered prior to the meal. My wife loved the Butternut Tortellacci and went crazy over it. I had the Fig Marsala Pork Chop that was tasty but a bit dry. The Portabella Fries were a hit. Pasta di Mare that was excellent.... More

My family of 5 dined there on 3/23. We arrived around 5:30 and there weren't many other diners. Our server didn't have any other tables but it still took a while to get our drink order. I thought that it was odd that there wasn't a drink section on the menu nor was there a separate drink menu on the... More

Nice atmosphere and reasonable prices for the area. Not as crowded as it once was. Good menu options and friendly service

We stopped in for early dinner one evening. The food in the past had always been good, but the last couple of visits we were disappointed. The service was not great and there were only four or five tables seated in the whole place. We had to flag people down who were just standing over by the kitchen to refill... More

I'm usually not a huge fan of Italian restaurant chains but this is an exception. Their food is rich and delicious. I love bread and they start you off with freshly baked rosemary bread. We had the Chicken Parmesan - crispy in the outside and moist on the inside. The lobster ravioli is out of this world. The staff was... More

The food is always perfect just in small portions. The service is always entertaining and being able to draw on the tables is always fun.

Romano's is a chain that we first experienced living in the Chicago suburbs many years ago. One thing that makes The Macaroni Grill (which is what we call it) is that there are not very many around. We found that to be true in the suburbs; we had to drive 25-30 minutes to reach the only one we knew of.... More

Recently visited the area on a busy Friday night. We first tried another restaurant, but the wait was too long for us. There wasn't a wait at Macaroni Grill - which may have told us something. The food was just average at best. The restaurant is very spacious and will hold large parties, but it was completely dead when we... More
