They have many BBQ choices plus burgers, tamales, Brunswick stew and more. I thought the pulled pork was quite tasty, moist with good smoky flavor. I also liked the mild BBQ sauce. Our table got a variety of items. One has always liked their burger, but her medium rare burger came out well done. The fries were nothing special but... More

Great ribs, pulled pork, deviled eggs and either caramel or red velvet cake. Love the atmosphere of an old general store.

Dinner here was nothing short of a religious experience brought to you by the Church of Barbeque Saints. Everything I ordered was not only amazingly delicious, but the best version of that food I have ever tasted. They made me love cole slaw. The sweet tea earned 5 stars on it's own. Prices were very reasonable, especially considering the portions.... More

The Commisary in Germantown is the best tasting BBQ in Memphis. The portions are huge and their deviled eggs and homemade desserts are worth the trip by themselves. Great selection of entres to select from. The baby back ribs and pulled pork sandwiches are my favorite!

If you like Smokey BBQ, this is the place for you. Their meat is very tender, with a great flavor, but a little to smokey for my taste. I know some people like it Smokey. Chicken, Pulled Pork and Ribs. Chips are great too. I'm not a big fan of the Banana Pudding. The Vanilla wafers are not crisp as... More

There were so many things on the menu that looked good here that it took me a while to finally settle on something. I went with the ribs, althought the bbq nachos and potato both looked incredibly good as well. The ribs were fall off the bone, full of flavor...meat candy in every sense of the word. Delicious. Sweet tea... More

I enjoyed my BBQ meal. I can't say it the best BBQ I have ever had. There was no sauce on my BBQ? Is this how it done in Memphis? I hope not. I did like my plastic take home cup.

Fantastic service was a highlight of this quaint local spot! Cold beer and extremely tasty potato salad were a bonus. I will definitely be back here again!

If you are looking for fantastic BBQ this is the place. If there is a line outside it is worth the wait. Go inside and grab a beer. The pig skins are fantastic!
