Stopped here on the way back to Memphis from Nashville Cat Fish, Fried chicken and Greens were great. Took away some Lemon Meringue. Also good gift shop hope to return one day. The people in the South are very friendly.

Well worth a trip, to eat some of the finest country food around. I go every chance I can get of course it helps to only live about an hour away. A beautiful scenic drive just right off Interstate 40 .While you are there stop in at Lorrett Lynn's Ranch to spend the day, or camp out, or just rent... More

The Buffet is small with consistently good offerings. Don't let the small size fool you. Many of the sauces, gravies, and dressings are not from a can or bottle. The rolls at first glance seem to be the frozen variety until you take a bite & realize they are made from scratch. If you don't enjoy well seasoned white beans,... More

I haven't been here in 10 years and I am pleased to say that the food is still southern and delicious! Home made coleslaw and other salads, fried chicken, pulled pork, green beans and bacon, I'm so glad I stopped!

Just stopped here on my drive from Memphis to Nashville as the name from my childhood intrigued me. The place is interesting & the staff very friendly. The breakfast buffet was ok but it was later on in the morning & not that busy so it was past it's best. But don't let that put you off from visiting it... More

My husband and I were traveling back from Memphis and stopped at this restaurant . Trust me when I say don't waste your time and money. We paid $28 for 2 buffets and 2 drinks. Only thing on buffet that was fresh was salad bar. Stale bread, dry chicken, mushy vegetables. Catfish wasn't too bad. Only positive note is service... More

Billboard from Memphis to Nashville caught our eye. Stopped for lunch and tried the catfish. (I am from the North and this is not a typical item found at restaurants) I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. The hush puppies were outstanding.

Stopped while traveling home, ordered club sandwich with no mayo. Waitress did not write anything. Two had buffets and other had chicken tenders with fries. Club arrived with mayo on all bread. Fries not completely cooked but taste like grease. Buffet all greasy tasting. None of us ate meals, just picked at it. Waitress came by once. Area clean, restrooms,... More
