I was so grossed out by the filthy menus! We struggled to enjoy our family birthday dinner for our niece & mother-in-law. I do NOT understand why people flock to this place. The food is below average, service is poor, birthday chant is so annoying. No need to ever return.

we have eaten at many Roadhouses all over the country but this time it was a big disappointment. Two of us had the sirloin and it was tasteless and stringy. One of our party had baked 1/2 chicken and it was very small and not very tasty. We would have said something but not even the waitress asked how our... More

We frequent this restaurant, but usually go on a weekday. We opted for a 3:15 p.m. Saturday meal, thinking it would be less crowded than lunch or dinner times. Were we ever wrong. The restaurant building and staff could not handle the crowd. Our 30 minute wait was easily 45 minutes. Our prime rib was cold and not cooked to... More

We arrived just at kickoff on Superbowl Sunday. The place was only about a third full. I suppose most people were at home watching the game, or at sports bars. We were seated and that was the last we saw of an employee. They all stood around watching the game on the may screens. No one ever came to take... More

I eat at Texas Roadhouse about twice a month and always enjoy my meal. I have found the staff to always be friendly and trained very well at their jobs.

My sister and I decided to go to Texas Roadhouse for dinner. Our meals were very good. Unfortunately when I went to the restroom after my meal I was taken aback by the poor condition. I wouldn't have eaten at Roadhouse if I'd seen the restroom first.

the music is SO LOUD you cannot carry on a conversation without shouting. Drinks are pricey and their "shot" is small. Food is what you would expect and it is convention to where I stay but, I usually avoid it due to under poured, over priced drinks and noise level.

All around excellence. Friendly staff with genuine smiles. Very efficient too. Great food. Short wait. And, of course, the bread. I highly recommend

We eat at this restaurant & love it in Okc But in Johnson city we had to go get a waitress to wait on us. It seems the waitresses were not sure who had our table. But the manager came & apologized to us & gave us a discount. The food was excellent ! I will go back.
