The boneless wings were large chunks of breast meat battered and fried and flavorless - even though we ordered them with a dry rub. Thinking they would be wings, we requested blue cheese to dip, but it arrived in little tubs and was grey in...More

Down from NYC for a three week holiday visit with my family. My sister introduced me to this restaurant and I have convinced her to take me back a number of times. Delicious, well thought out menu, friendly service and reasonable prices. The batter fried...More

OK...where to start. Service, NON-EXISTENT. One waitress, over-worked, could not get anything correct. Had to apologize about everything. The food: Luke warm at best. Ribs supposed to be dry, sauce aside. Oops, got that wrong, slathered with sauce. Sweet potato fries, Luke warm, limp, not...More

BBQ pork still very good, but sad to find out they no longer do Cowboy beans. Excited to see fried potatoes with onion on the new menu, one of my favorites, but potato chunks too big and undercooked.

One gets nervous when restaurants change ownership as Hokie Smokie did some time ago. No worries as the food quality and service are the same. I rate their BBQ pork the best in JCT. Cowboy beans are outstanding as well.
