Ate here with friends on a Sunday evening. Place was not crowded as we got there around 5:30. We got bar-b-que, ribs, slaw, Brunswick stew, mashed potatoes and even I tried the banana pudding. It all was fantastic. No waiting. Food was hot and tasty. Neat place on the water and nice view to go with great food.

Had our first visit here tonight! Great food! My favorite was the Mac&Cheese!! I didn't care too much for the "Greens & Things" but the rest of the meal was good! Staff was friendly! Great atmosphere && great music! We will definitely be back to visit soon!

My wife and I had the Sweet P’s Sampler. I ate almost all the meat, and my wife enjoyed the sides. The ribs feel off the bone and melted in my mouth. Add a little bit of the thick BBQ sauce, and it was like putting whip cream on ice cream. My wife loved the Tomato & Blues Salad, and banana... More

Met up with friends I went to college and church with 28 years ago at Sweet P's Barbecue. Great barbecue (Bennett's in Gatlinburg was better) and appetizers. Positioned next to a lake with house boats and such docked. Fun place to visit. I recommend you visit.

I know I am in the minority here. We stopped in today for pork plates. At 10 bucks each, I wasn't impressed. My wife got the mac n cheese with hers and said it was great. Got some bigger pieces of fat than usual, and our pork was not even warm. Could have been an off day, but good restaurants... More

It was crowded when we went so we had to stand in line. Kinda small too, but we weren't in any hurry... We ordered the dish we saw on Man vs. Food (the smaller portion of course) haha...

The chicken was okay and the potato salad has huge chunks of bell pepper. The line was super long and the place was so packed and if you sit outside you get attacked by flies. There has definitely got to be a better bbq place!

Wow -- What a place! So delicious! I got the BBQ plate with chopped pork, mac & cheese, and cole slaw. Pork was so tender, and not fatty at all. There were different choices of BBQ sauce on the table. The thicker, sweeter one was my favorite. The mac & cheese was very tasty and the cole slaw fresh. It... More
