Great food for a great price. We went with a local who swears about the quality of the food and she isn’t wrong. Baho is one of Nicaragua’s traditional dishes. It slowly consists of slowly cooked beef, yuca and sweet plantains, enveloped in plantain leaves...(similar to dishes cooked in Hawaii). Additionally, they are very family friendly (they had a high chair available for my toddler). Many locals were there as well (a good sign).More
