Visited for a family birthday. Service was excellent. Interior drab and dated. Food was just average. None of our party of three were over impressed. Won't be returning.

Try the crabs and prawns. Lovely place where the food is fresh and deliciously prepared. Being from New York I am very critical of the food I eat and this place was just terrific.

We visited early on a quiet Thursday evening and were immediately impressed with this very personal approach by Terry. We ordered while having a drink beside the open fire which was really relaxing before moving to the restaurant. The food was really tasty (mussels and seafood parcel to start, skate and fillet of pork for mains) it was fresh and... More

God be with the days when Terry McCoy presided over it all himself. It still offers seafood but not in the way it did. Still loads of choice but one isn't sure if its open for lunch or not. But its open for dinner

The setting is lovely- an old bank( when they were posh- looking!).If you like meat or fish, then you'll not be disappointed. If you are vegetarian, you may be catered for but if you are a vegan, you will be very disappointed and no alternatives are provided,so desserts and starters are non existent for you and younwill be lucky to get... My wife and I started our weeks Irish holiday with an overnight stay at Redbank B&B. I found this through booking.com and the price was very affordable. We were greeted by the owner, Terry, a very charismatic and charming host. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We decide to stay for dinner rather than walk the streets of... More

Myself and hubby revisited this wonderful B&B last night, we booked for the early bird menu and Terry the owner greeted us and showed us to our room. We dined at 8pm ( no problem with slight change to time as the restaurant was quiet) Once again we were treated to the most kindest and warmest of service by Terry... More
