Dropped in with family on spec and got a table for the 4 of us there and then. Very good chowder and the tapas dishes we ordered were just right in size to accompany. Excellent service, speed of dishes was just right, nice fireplace in the front section, nice view onto the harbor area. Will definitely be back. The little... More

This is my second review, my first said it was excellent and that was based on excellent food and excellent service from a young male waiter... This time I was with some friends for New Year's Eve I booked it based on having a lovely meal the time before... Again the food was excellent really as good a meal as... More

Myself and my husband spend a lot of time visiting Skerries as his parents live there. We were excited to see this restaurant open and decided to book dinner with our rather fussy eight year old. Firstly the restaurant is quirky and beautiful and the room we dined in had a lovely coal fire which was a welcome addition on... More

We visited here over the Christmas with friends. We were impressed with their tapas menu- wide range of meats, veg, hot and cold. The dessert menu was OK. I had the Eton mess- not very impressive unfortunately. The service was OK too. There had to be a couple of reminders for drinks for the table. We were also disappointed with... More

Haven't eaten here in a few mths, & won't be again. Got the scallops for starter, average, nothing special. The risotto was the the worst, no creamy risotto. When it came out on the plate, it was as if it had been pre-prepared and stored in a bowl, then reheated and turned out onto the plate. Very dry and was... More

Average food, average service. Tapas are quite small but not with small prices. Meatballs are tasteless and their tomato sauce is from a jar. Hard to fail with goat's cheese but the onion puree was not slow cooked enough. The surprise came with the small bottle of water "home filled" (from a well or from a tap ??) : 2... More

Dropped in here on the October holiday weekend. 2 x fish and chips Small bowl of olives 1 diet coke and 1 glass of white wine. Total €53.00. Olives were the low cost tinned variety - not very nice. Fish was Ok but portion of chips small. It was fresh but lacked appeal. Wine was warm. Service was prompt. Gents... More
