You get what you pay for. Wine is pretty basic as well. If you are ok with pub chain food in the UK then then you will be ok here. If you are looking for somewhere nice maybe pay about more.

What a little gem this restaurant is. Set menu was excellent. Just £19.50 for 3 delicious courses. Each course was delicious. The food is excellent - the salmon for main was cooked perfectly for my taste. The 'Seven Angels' meringue for dessert was so light but loaded with flavour. A perfect end to the meal. Service was very good, very... More

Ate here twice during a recent 5 day stay in St Helier. Chose the 3 course set menu both times at £20 per head. Thoroughly enjoyed the meals both times. Meals were well presented by friendly staff, would deffinetely recommend this place.

Where do i start .The food is fantastic make sure you book in advance the place was really busy. The starter and main course was terrific.if I was hyper critical then the apple pie was to die for yet the Ice cream was a poor quality which was a shame as it was the best food I have ever tasted

have just had an excellent 3 course meal via a Quids In voucher deal. Excellent starter, Beef Wellington, good dessert. Wine list adequate and not too expensive. Only criticism would be the potatoes were slightly under cooked and were only just warm, same with the vegetables. I like my hot food hot, not luke warm. Service was excellent. Have eaten... More

Another hidden away gem found thanks to the reviews other people have left here. Really nice place, so much character too - there is "stuff" everywhere that catches the eye. The staff were friendly, but the food was just excellent. We ate out after deciding that the food in the hotel really wasn't up to scratch. This was a great... More

Not sure who were the seven angels but all the front of house staff were pleasantly attractive ladies. We arrived at 6.30 and the place was empty apart from one solitary diner. By 7.00 it was busy and by the time we left it was full to capacity. Really good food and a nice atmosphere. Would certainly recommend.
