We visited this pub in Chudleigh because of the reviews on Tripadvisor. We were immediately made welcome and ordered our drinks and food. The interior of the pub could do with a makeover. Tables and chairs looked very worn. We both ordered pizzas, and they...More

Been going to finlake for 10 years and we've just found this wee gem this year. The food is some of the best I've ever had in a pub it's all cooked fresh so you need to wait a wee bit longer than the usual...More

I booked a party of 16 for lunch. Some of those attending, it has to be said, are not the easiest of people to please. Some complaints are expected wherever the venue. However, on this occasion there was not a single carping comment. I rate...More

Don't be put off by the rustic appearance or the limited menu. Food was excellent and very good value. Service was painfully slow but there was a problem with water supply. Overall a great meal.

Disabled access is a problem. Well behaved pets are common. Family groups are reasonably common. No free WiFi when I was there in October. Dunno about opening hours but 6pm at night and Sunday lunch is popular.
