I found the Point Bar & Grill disappointing. When I went the atmosphere was cold and uninviting. I have never been in the evening, so perhaps it is better then. Outside there is a prominent sign saying 'coffee' etc, and it was a coffee plus cake that we were seeking. Poor coffee. No cake. At eleven in the morning, one... More

I previously left a bad review about a year ago but I have recently been back and it was really good, good quality food, service and value for money!

This restaurant is located right on the marina - an enviable position in the summer, but quieter on a stormy night in November when we visited for dinner. The chairs are some of the least comfortable I have sat on for some time and don't exactly encourage you to linger over a meal. This is a shame, as the food... More

2 excellent steaks and very drinkable red wine for £25, what's not to like! Staff were attentive without being too "in your face". Happy to wholeheartedly recommend.

Lovely lunch at the point today. Huge portion of mussels , have to say they can't cook chips but the portion size of mussels made up for that ! Great ambience , very chilled and worth a second visit for sure

Called in here as as usual restaurant had closed down. What a good choice. A good welcome and excellent service. The food was very good and whilst sitting there you had a good view of the comings and goings of the yachts in the harbour. We were outside but the wide got stronger so we moved inside. Certainly a place... More

Sadly only time for a coffee this time. Beautiful spot to while away the hours, clean surroundings, efficient, polite service just a shame I picked the day of a private function so couldn't taste their wares x

Our unique marina side location is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing drink and some good food away from the hustle and bustle of the seafront. There are great views of the Exe Estuary and the Marina from our extensive outside seating area. Right next to the landing pontoon for the Star Cross Ferry, Water Taxis, Stuart Line Cruises and the fishing boats. Child and dog friendly. If you are lucky you will get to see the swing bridge in operation too!
