Clean with helpful staff and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the food was. I would go back. It's not the cheapest place in the world but it was very busy at the time and it was well staffed to cope.

Stopped off for a quick burger in the new fully refurbished McDonalds. It looks fresh and clean but the number of seats has been reduced and the number of service personnel at the tills has been cut. Finding a table at the old restaurant was...More
Had to stop for food. Im not a big McDonalds fan and Ballymena always seems in chaos on the floor and staff. Gluten free always a disappointment. Good for a quick (but I feel expensive) bite and away.
Unlikely ever to lose its appeal and bad reviews won't make a difference to the obviously captivated clientele who cram into this too small outlet creating a chaotic environment on occasions. Best avoided at peak times.
