Since we first visited this gem several years ago we make sure we visit every October when we're in Scotland. Portions are huge, prices reasonable and food declious! Such a homely atmosphere and great views through the windows. Definitely recommend the fish and chips!

The atmosphere was warm and busy. Soups, salads, and sandwiches for a light but fortifying lunch. Upstairs offers a great view of the boat locks.

I only know this pub from a summer visit when it was mega busy. Parking is an issue as there are only about 6 spaces on the narrow one way street outside the pub. There is a pay and display public car park in the village... More

Hi, they allow dogs inside, we had ours with us in the afternoons and evenings and he was always made very welcome as were we.
