Another fashionable place, offering dinner for a selected few. Three tables sitting four, and two tables for two await the curious hedonist ready to spend £60+ per tongue. The menu offers selections of three starters, three middle courses, three mains, then various sweets, then cheese....More

Something very special has been created here and it must have taken - and must still take - a ton of work with only 2 people involved. It's a beautiful little restaurant with Michelin style and quality of cooking on offer in really lovely surroundings.In...More

The Island of Mull although having stunning landscape and an abundance of wildlife is sadly lacking in refined dinning experiences; and this may explain why so many people have flocked to this restaurant. Put this restaurant or rather the server/owner in any other location and...More

We take all comments very seriously. Apologies, we did try very, very hard to please you on the night. I just hope that all the lovely people out there will see this review for what it is.

Went here to celebrate my partner's 30th birthday and the Ninth Wave did not disappoint. We were greeted with a birthday gift on arrival which was a nice touch. Fabulous gin cocktails (I went for the Isle of Harris "old sea dog") and excellent range...More

Intimate seafood restaurant owned by Fisherman/Chef, Husband and wife team. The menu changes daily allowing us to serve the freshest ingredients, sourced from local fisherman's catches and crofter's bounty. Our Croft-grown produce and Organic Meats figure prominently on the menu. Lobster, crab and fish are often caught only hours before appearing on your dinner plate, by owner John, a Scottish fisherman who will also be your waiter for the evening. Hedonism on a Plate.Evenings only. Children over 12 welcome. Seasonal.Closed Nov-April 18th. Tuesday-Sunday. Booking Required.
