We stop at Am Praban whenever we can. It’s a cosy place with the fire going, and the food is always good. We had Cullen skink (which was clearly freshly made, and delicious) and fresh langoustines in garlic butter. Absolutely recommended!

We discovered the pub by accident while exploring Sleat. It's not very large, but we didn't feel cramped when it filled up. Relaxed atmosphere also good for families. I ordered the Sunday roast beef, and it was excellent.

This was our third time at Am Praban - we keep visiting when we are in the area. We were impressed yet again. We always end up standing around in the bar until a table is vacated, such is the popularity of Am Praban. But...More

Gorgeous setting with the surroundings. We were all staying near enough to check this place out. Stumbled on it. Having done a show locally, this place was perfect. An idyllic feel, wooden bar, cosy fire. Staff were braw, genuine friendly feel. Our thanks to them....More

Superb Celtic ambiance with excellent wines, beers, ales, and spirits. Fish pie was amazing—on of the best dishes we had in Scotland. This is a pub that is not to be missed. Will definitely return

Whilst staying in a B&B locally this venue was within walking distance and so in effect became our local. The food menu had a very good quality choice of dishes at reasonable prices. Unfortunately there was only one cask ale available which went off after...More

Food beyond delicious, service immensely friendly and helpful, views awesome, setting unbelievable, parking & seating difficult because of the popularity but well worth the wait.

Hi there, we have dog friendly rooms available within the hotel and dogs are more than welcome in the pub but not during food hours. Lunch is served between 11-2:30 and dinner from 5:30 to 9pm. Thanks, Stewart.
