Went for a meal on Saturday evening just as they opened at 5pm. There was a large que however this was dealt with quickly. I’m a vegetarian, and found plenty of choice and the Indian dishes were especially tasty. I asked for a particular pasta...this was made for me and the noodles from the live cooking were delicious. Will be back!More

Went to Hot Flame where I found they were a little busy and it was uncomfortable moving around to get your food although the food was good. The staff had to be asked on several occasions to clear the plates of our table as they...did pile up but I noticed they were too busy cleaning tables to get other customers in quickly and serving drinks. The main thing that made me really angry was that when it came to paying the bill the cashier assumed we were all paying together, most groups of friends or couples pay separately, this extremely arrogant rude woman decided to produce one bill and when I said we are paying it separately she said that wasn’t possible, she had a tone of voice telling me it had to be paid in full on one card, and told me there was a queue (3xCouples) not what I would call a Queue, this was a bit of a sad end to what was a good meal out with friends. This arrogant, rude and disgrace of a woman would be better suited working in the kitchen perhaps doing the dishes where she isn’t able to be seen by the general public and able to be so rudeMore

Food wasn’t up to standard. Was looking forward to this meal out with the family as a birthday celebration but was very disappointed. Won’t be going back in a hurry. Food was quite tough or cold at times and quite tasteless. Maybe we just picked...a bad time but felt overall it wasn’t value for money and the hygiene levels weren’t adhered to. This is the fault of some of the customers I admit, some had to be constantly told by staff to wear gloves and masks and seemed oblivious to the signs.More

Went to hot flames last night with our family of 6. So disappointed, food was either tasteless or too hot. Ribs all fat no meat. Chicken Tikka was chicken chunks in tomato soup no spices. Chicken curry was boiled chicken and something that resembled a...sauce… too watery and hot. Some people walking around with no masks and no gloves. £17.99 a head plus drinks (soft) over £130 …. Nope won’t be back.More

Good choice of food and drink. Most food good quality but 1 or 2 things were tough and chewy. The biggest thing for us is that they tell us to wear masks whilst walking about, yet are quite happy to sit tens of people with...no masks or lanyards. The amount of people crammed into this place with no masks, no one way systems, not enough table dividers etc is incredible.More

We had a great family meal here today. Lots of great food choices including vegetarian. Masks are compulsory when away from table and plastic gloves are a must when picking your food. The only issue we found was that the water dispenser was either broken...or empty so had to keep asking at the bar for water refills. It would also be great if there was also the option of just regular curry sauce that you could have to put on rice/chips etc. The food was hot with lots of choice, I was disappointed that at 3.30pm I was heading to the tapanyaki area to find they were already tidying it away to get ready for dinner service, there was still half hour of lunch service left. Still a good meal with lots of choiceMore

We used to go regular and really enjoyed it, went on Sunday with Grandson, he loved the roast beef, when he got it at the table, honestly you could have used to sole someone's boots with it, talk about hard to cut never mind chew,...tough as hell. My favourite was always Chicken Korma, but again when brought to the table it was incredibly tough to chew, was like a brick, how can someone get cooking Chicken so badly wrong, wife said her noodles a beef were fine, Grandson loved the Chocolate fountain and Marsh Mallows and Ice Cream as I did but..............when we got the Bill, two adults, a child of 5, a glass of cocoa cola, a glass of lemonade and two fruitshoots for my Grandson.........£48.60. I don't mind in the least paying for a meal I enjoyed, but I hate getting ripped off, I am afraid some of your food was ridiculous, and the only thing missing when I went to the till to pay it was the gun and bandana on the girl on the till, sadly you have lost three regular customers as now your restaurant was sadly disappointing foodwise and cost wise it was nothing but a Rip Off. Never again.More

Great selection and good Covid protocols in place. Food was warm and tasty stunned at some of the negative reviews. Well worth a visit.
