A very welcoming, cosy Inn run by a young enthusiastic chef with an eye for a good, selective and balanced menu, particularly the fish dishes and other locally sourced ingredients. We sat at a table by a cheery log- burning fire and enjoyed both the deft,...relaxed service provided by Tristan and the excellent food and wine which emerged from the kitchen and the bar . This is a place to re-visit and re-enjoy after the restrictions of the pandemic. We will definitely be back !More

Highly recommend that you pay this place a visit, cannot fault either the food or the welcoming and professional service. Just a shame we could only eat at this place for one night as the food is very good, would recommend the Smoked Fish Platter,...which include delicious smoked musselsMore

We stayed here on a 3 night break taking my parents away after Lockdown. The accommodation was delightful. Phil & Pip are a young hard working couple, who along with their pleasant staff are doing an exceptionally good job. It is a remote location but...we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights here. People were travelling to dine here & i'm not surprised - The food was fantastic. The breakfast was spot on even though we were having a fry up we couldn't miss the homemade granola first which I intend to try & make.More

A real hidden gem. One of the best meals I’ve had in a pub in years. A small but perfectly done menu - these guys know what they’re doing with local produce. Wholeheartedly recommend the crayfish risotto. Reasonably priced and in a beautiful location, with...friendly, helpful staff.More

We loved our wee one night stopover here at this cosy wee gem in its beautiful setting. The owners Phil & Pip gave a lovely welcome, we had a beautiful room, which was dog friendly and the breakfast was a delight (Pips Granola Mmmm). You...can see that things here are put together and presented with much thought, care and with an eye on quality. Sadly the restaurant/bar were unavailable this time for evening dining, so we'll plan to come back another time. Cant wait!More

Agree with the prior two responses. When we arrived, folks with a child were outside at a picnic table that the child was climbing on.
