We had cod fish and chips and corned beef sandwich. Both of us upgraded ($2.00/ea) to sweet potato fries. Food was good, except when one orders a corned beef sandwish, one expects to have thick slices of beef. This was shaved thin. It was not lunchmeat, but the shavings were so thin that it might as well have been. McCallisters has... More

We had a group of 12 go in and for a Wednesday night, it was packed and we split up get seated quicker. I got the banners 2 and mashed and the food was awesome! Despite the large group and crowd, the service was great! DJ even came and sat with us for awhile.

Nice family, converted house with a enclosed tent patio. Good Service, server was helpful, friendly and prompt. Limited menu, we had the Scotch eggs for an appetizer which was good. My wife had the chicken salad which she enjoyed and I had the Irish Stew. Average taste, small serving. Rather expensive for what you got, would not go back. Not... More

Went here after a roller derby game on a Saturday night. I was impressed by the curb appeal of the place, the outdoor patio was very nice and cozy. Inside felt claustrophobic with how busy it was. Our table was right in the way of he bar so all the people wanting drinks at the bar all congregated around our... More

Selected this place while visiting for a weekend. Liked the vibe, the neighborhood and the outside dining. The food was good and very reasonably priced. We had the Combination Appetizer Sampler, Fish & Chips, Shepard's Pie and Shrimp & Sausage Coddle. All were very tasty and prepared well. The staff was just OK. We were continuously asking for various items... More

Ok...soooo I'm looking forward to coming back here although I'm extremely frustrated at the door charge considering the waits for drinks and food. Know that going on St P day you will not only pay a cover but also 18% gratuity regardless of how crappy your server is. :( although these are all downers the atmosphere is perfect and the... More

So where do you go if you want the true Memphis experience? Why to Celtic Crossing, an Irish Pub in the Cooper Young neighborhood, of course. We were in town for a few days, and went to Beale St. for some barbecue ribs and music, then for some more barbecue at the Commissary, and were looking for something else. Friends... More

If you are in Memphis and searching for a genuine Irish Pub, this is the place to go. The food is delicious. I ordered the Shepherd's Pie which was more than ample, especially for the price. The dish was a bit heavy on the mashed potatoes but was not short on flavor. My wife had the Irish beef stew which... More

Hey, Julius. You two picked a couple of our most popular dishes. The Irish beef stew is an old family recipe straight out of my grandmother’s kitchen in Ireland. On Thursdays, we’re currently running a $10 all-you-can-eat special on it now, and it’s selling like crazy. Everyone always seems to tap out around bowl three, though. It sure is filling!... More

Great place to come on a Saturday morning to catch up on the soccer games and eat good pub food. Had Fish n Chips. Cooked just right.
