Food was good. I had the eggs, ham, and hash browns. Large portions. Nothing really special about the inside just a typical old dinner. We had a party of five and were seated promptly. It seemed to take a while to get the food after...More

This diner is a great visit for history's sake. The booths and tables are straight from the 50s/60s, and the ambiance of eating in Memphis' oldest restaurant is pretty cool. However, the service we received was rather curt and the food, though huge in portion...More

Average food. The pizza was lacking. My husband chose breakfast, his hash browns were cold the rest was "okay". The history is cool. Definitely wishing we'd have waited for the place across the street to open...

We came for dinner, so it was a bit busy, but I had a great catfish sandwich and my sister got the Elvis-approved peanut butter and banana sandwich (gonna take a hard pass on that one, but she said it was good). Fun ambiance. Our...More

Seriously - I couldn't have loved this place any more. I had read about the history of the Arcade before we went to Memphis and I knew it was a must stop when we visited recently. The Arcade is located very close to the National...More

Was really looking forward to this, but was sadly unimpressed. The service was very slow and the meal was nothing exceptional. My companion had the "Elvis dish" and it was horrible. OK, the ambiance takes you back to "the good ole days", but that is...More

Be sure to visit between 1-1:30pm, it was the time we found it least crowded. They've been visited by all the Travel Channel & Food Network shows you can think of and the food is super tasty! We had the Arcade French Toast, the Sweet...More

Sat in booth one that had been occupied by Mr Kennedy, owners friend, for 40 years. Fun history facts. Great waitress, Areia? Who gave us many spot on tips for the city. Good sweet potato pancakes. Slow but was a Sunday. 40 minutes from order...More

Parking is on the street. It's not a high traffic area. I've never had to walk far.

As I recall the prices were on the moderate side. Probably under $10 each for a breakfast.
