Traveled to Memphis on a special visit. Hotel desk referred us here. The atmosphere was wonderful, very bluesy!! Just what you wanted when you get to Memphis! The band was awesome! Had a couple of drinks and ordered dinner. The waiter was spot on about sharing a plate but the ribs were just ok. The amount was enough to share!... More

Excellent food and service. Ribs are unbelievable as are the catfish filets. Looking forward to trying other dishes on future visits. For something different try the soul stew.

everything you want in a rib joint on Beale street - fall off the bone meat, historic blues music videos when there's no band, and pretty good sides.

We had the ribs, and they were delicious!!! We also had the cheese fries with pork and it was just as good. The portions are... More

The ribs here are very good. The come with a side of beans and a side of fries. I am not a bean fan and so they were wasted on me. Also, there are no alternatives, and so you take what comes. The ribs are good and come wet.. My wife enjoyed the southern chicken tenders. (Originally worried, they would... More

We ate here a couple of times and came in the evening for music, the portions of food are huge and it's got a great atmosphere. Through the back is live music and it's got a great vibe, made better by our waiter Keith who was hilarious!

Well first we are from Atlanta so the barbecue has to be great and this one is NOT. The ribs were served cold and it was clear that they were old not fresh. Could not get more than two down without quitting. The fries were flavorless and frozen. The bright spots their hand battered chicken tenders are tasty and my... More
