We were looking for food on the way to the Four falls hike nearby and came across this little pub. It is small and a cosy pub. Pub service was quick and the fish and chips were very good! Very good portions too.

Fabulous, home cooked, excellent quality food, with equally good hospitality. Lovely location, warm, welcoming log fires, good selection at the bar. Absolutely worth the journey, and can't wait to return/
The new inn is a quaint pub serving fantastic home made food. Visited with my husband and had the cow pie and blondie dessert. Both were excellent. Chris & Abbey are very welcoming and friendly. I would book in advance as it gets busy.
On a cold and snowy day we turned up with dogs mid-afternoon and were fed and beered in a warm, cosy atmosphere . Lamb cawl was good and inexpensive. I'd go again.
