Twice in the past month have visited here and had chewy meat.. First time 3 of the family had steaks and all 3 were chewy which resulted in a very expensive plate of chips as none of us ate the steaks... Second visit 2 gammon steaks which were very chewy as well.. Always had no problems with meals before, maybe... More

Been here many times before and we have always had an excellent meal with excellent service. There is always a busy buzz about the place which goes to prove just how popular a place this is.

The sizzler is well worth the money. Tried several dishes and always tasty. The service is sometimes a bit erratic and waiting times can vary. Tables needed cleaning and were sticky!

An excellent choice for good value food. Situated just off the A55 (turn off for Benllech) this is an attractive and friendly pub serving a great range of dishes. I recommend the"light choices" which are great value, well cooked and tasty. There's a good choice of puds too! My only criticism is that the entrance can be a bit difficult... More

Food over priced considering the quality- prawn salad was extremely poor value for money.Sticky table, and sticky, dirty menus....However, great parking, friendly staff and reasonable waiting times and service.

Unplanned visit with friends one evening. The staff were very friendly and efficient, food was lovely. Would have to agree with other reviews about sticky tables, menus etc. Our table was also very wobbly; and as it was a round table it wasn't possible to prevent the wobbly-ness with a beer mat etc as it seemed to be the actual... Good food served quickly. Congenial staff. The building has an ample car park and outside very attractive hanging baskets. However it was let down by the horrible sticky table (we moved to another one and that was the same) and sticky menus. A bit of good elbow grease wouldn't go amiss.

We called here on a Bank holiday Sunday evening after walking to the top of Snowdon during the day. I phoned ahead to book but I was unable to reserve as all reserve tables had been booked. I was told to turn up and they would find us a table. We arrived at the pub/restaurant at 7ish. The 2 car... More
