Had a cup of coffee, easy and simple - so many places can get such a simple thing wrong, The Georges get's it right.

I was trying to kill an hour in Haverfordwest whilst my husband was swimming, I was looking for a dog friendly cafe and cant believe I stumbled across this place. A hidden gem with nooks and crannies. Great menu and even a shop inside

A while since we have visited but the food was as good as we remembered. Fish pie and a goats cheese salad followed by a lovely cheese cake and a sundae. Interesting surroundings and friendly staff. The only slight gripe was a long wait for mains; it was busy to be fair but with limited time for lunch could have... More

Visted on a number of occasions for lunch and always had good meals, food is fresh, there is lots of it and it's reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and helpful. It can get very busy so I would recommend booking to avoid disappointment, the only downside to this place is its not open in the evening but they do... More

We visit here often. There is always something new and exciting on the specials board. This time though we both ordered from the menu. I had cajun chicken salad. Nice big salad with plenty of variety, not a limp lettuce leaf in sight, really love the salads here, it came with the most amazing garlic mayonnaise and crusty bread. My... More

Having eaten many times at The Georges on visits to Pembrokeshire of the years, and now having a holiday home there I was very pleased to discover they now sell many of their regular dishes in frozen ready meal form. My freezer is now well stocked for my visits with my favourite Georges dishes - beats cooking hands down!

The George's Dine at Home dinner was excellent, giving me the chance to eat restaurant food at home after my recent holiday. It was great value and easy to heat. I'd recommend it to anyone who has got out of the habit of cooking on holiday and wants an easy meal at home. Lush food too!

This place was very busy on a Thursday lunchtime which is clearly a good sign. It's interesting - part bar, part restaurant, part cafe, part shop - and has lots of lovely things to buy as well as eat! We had the lasagna and the sea bass both of which were excellent and my husband declared the sticky toffee pudding... More
