I was in Manly looking for a good place to grab a burger and I saw that the local Mcdonalds had a line waiting, but I didn't want a run of the mill fast burger anyway! I had read that there were a couple of...More

I have had four steaks here in the last month or so and am shocked. Twice lunching with friends on the weekend, once with my daughter during the week and once with my wife at dinner. For some unknown reason they were all absolutely perfectly...More

Nice decor, spaced seating, relaxed atmosphere. Service was quick and efficient with nice staff. No complaints here. Food was great. Beautifully cooked steak with well made mash and awesome crunchy vegetables. Beef Cheeks was absolutely delicious also. So tender and tasty. The wines we tried...More

Highly disappointed with the bar staff member that served us. Prepared to stay there for the afternoon to enjoy drinks and a good feed with friends to follow. But when we asked for beer prices she made us feel like we should have known and...More

A wide ranging menu, prompt service, good prices and a great location in the centre of Manly make this a go-to destination. We enjoyed mother's day lunch there and it was great. Plenty of space between tables, not noisy, fast service, great food.

Met a friend for lunch last Saturday and went upstairs to the outside area. After a short time a crowd of parents and uncontrollable children came in, I think after playing soccer, and the kids were jumping on the seats and running around yelling and...More

I go to the Ivanhoe for weekday lunches occasionally when going out for lunch. It has nice places to sit when the weather is fine out on the verandah overlooking the corso. The food is usually reasonable. They have taken my favourite lamb sandwich off...More

A 40-minute ferry ride from Circular Quay will take
you to the famous northern beach of Manly. The beaches
here are perfect for learning to surf or spending the
day sun-tanning. The walk from Spit Bridge to Manly is
a great way to experience Sydney Harbour Bay and the
Australian bush land. Along the foreshore, there are
plenty of watering holes and wine bars with excellent
cuisine. There are plenty of kid-friendly restaurants

The Ivanhoe Hotel, a much-loved local pub, is located in the heart of The Corso in Manly on Sydney's Northern Beaches. Offering a refreshing, timeless and sophisticated setting, The Ivanhoe Hotel has a strong emphasis on food, quality and produce. Behind the magnificent heritage facade, The Ivanhoe Hotel's interiors channel a Hamptons-inspired coastal beach vibe while retaining the welcoming and relaxed atmosphere of Manly and a local pub. Boasting 16 indoor and outdoor, relaxed all-weather spaces over three floors, including two of Sydney's most impressive rooftop bars, The Ivanhoe Hotel's spaces are perfect for lunch, dinner, drinks or a night out on the town. The variety of different areas throughout the pub allow guests to tailor their own experiences; whether it is casual large lunches with the whole family, afternoon cocktails in the sun with friends in one of the open-air courtyards, quiet corners for a quick bite to eat or late night celebrations in the surf clubhouse-style second floor bar and open-air rooftop, The Pines. These spaces are also perfect function spots for intimate groups right up to large events of 900 guests. The Ivanhoe Hotel is also home to a boutique bottle shop as well as a dedicated sports bar, situated next door to the main pub, offering one of Sydney's best venues for watching sport with full TAB facilities.
