This is southern comfort food at its best. If you are not a lover of southern country cooking, this may not be your place. Great pulled pork bar-b-que (maybe 10 - 12 sauces?) Fresh green beans. Some of the best iron skillet corn bread then...More

Fun place to have lunch. Not busy today but it can be. Sometimes line waiting goes out the door. Anyway, service was ok. Food was just average. I had the buffet - lots to eat. Fried chicken was good. Mashed potatoes and gravy was ok....More

Lloyd thanks for your comments and the review, and especially your business! Sorry that the buffet was not out of the park for you, but the reality of buffet food is that it is fast and lots of it, but may not be as crisp...More

Room121, Thanks for your review; I must say that your comments are quite a bit more elaborate than we normally get. Buffet food and service is great for folks who want all they can eat, and self service, but sometimes the appearance of the food...More

Thanks for your business and your comments, so sorry that the brisket was a little tough; any time that happens, send it back and get some more. Thats the way food business goes, just can't make every single plate of food awesome all the time,...More

Stopped off at the Smokehouse restaurant on our way north on a vacation. The BBQ was ok but the fried apple pies were really good. I would stop off through here again to try their buffet.
