My husband and I loved the experience. I would have given a higher rating but we felt the waiter was rushed. It was our first time and he rushed through the menu, how things work, etc. The server was very rehearsed and sounded like a...More

We made reservations with family to surprise them with a gender reveal. The managers as well as our waiter Taylor went above and beyond to help us pull off the surprise. Everyone was incredibly friendly and cordial the whole 3 hours we were there.More

Wonderful place for a special night out on the town. We were seated quickly. Made reservation only 30 mins before dinner. Waiters were top and experience was very fun. Valet parking is the easiest and probably the best price.

We had a lunch break during our travels through TN and selected the Melting Pot, overpriced, runny cheese pot. Skip it unless that is how you like your cheese. W/water?

Food ok, prices too high for what you got. I would not go there again or recommend it to my friends. I did see folks having a really good time and we enjoyed our time there just had nothing to do with the place.

The event that we were supposed to go to "Live on the Green" was cancelled so we were kind of just wandering around and we saw The Melting Pot and decided to go for dinner there! I couldn't say enough about this restaurant...the fondue itself...absolutely...More

This is a great place to go for a special event! It is pricey, but the food is very good and lots of fun to cook, and the service and the atmosphere are excellent!

I have to admit, I'm not a fan of The Melting Pots dinner. I just don't care for cooking my own meats. However, I love the cheese and chocolate! We now come here just for the Loaded Baked Potato Cheese Fondue and the Smores Chocolate!...More

No, not necessary but it will ensure you get seated promptly. The walk-ins were being told 45-60 minute wait.

The Melting Pot Restaurant is where fun is cooked up fondue style. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, long overdue date night or celebrating with a group. We are the premier fondue restaurant, centrally located on Westheimer, providing a casually elegant dining experience and an intimate atmosphere. The relaxing four-course experience begins with a cheese fondue prepared table side and fresh salads while your entrée pot heats up. You'll simmer a variety of meats, seafood and vegetables in the cooking style of your choice. Each morsel is hot, fresh and delicious and all entrées are accompanied by an array of dipping sauces. Chocolate fondue is the finale, served with decadent dippers. Most make reservations for the four-course dining experience but more than a few have stopped by to satisfy that cheese fondue or chocolate craving. The Melting Pot also features a great wine list, specialty cocktails and martinis.
