Lets start with my glass came to me broken. Bread was okay not much flavor. Pasta was good but the price was way high for the amount. Place was very loud too. Not a very good place for romantic outing.

I live in the Nashville area and I'd eaten at Sole Mio several years ago prior to their changing locations. I'd enjoyed Sole Mio then, so I assumed I would still enjoy them when my friend from Wales visited over Xmas. I enjoy showcasing Nashville's BEST when he visits, which includes restaurants as well as bars and music. So we... More

Recently my wife and I enjoyed a mid week visit to Nashville between the Christmas/New Year's holidays. Using Tripadvisor and other apps on our cell phones we looked for an Italian restaurant near the Omni Hotel. We came across Sole Mio which admittedly had mixed reviews. So I made a reservation online. After a short walk of just a couple... More

We make it a point to eat at places that we feel cared for and visually, this is not one of them! Dirty, unkempt, dead plants, litter, and horrid signage make this place an eyesore, BUT the salad I had and the pizza we shared were excellent!

The restaurant is very nice, the wait staff were excellent. I ordered gnocci and I am very picky about gnocci. I make it myself, I eat them when in Italy and I grew up eating them. I questioned the waiter about them and decided to try them. The gnocci themselves were very good. They were obviously home made and tender.... More

We felt into Nashville for Thanksgiving with the family, but at noon were faminshed and the turkey was hours (and hours) from being done. We headed downtown to see if anything at all was open. Literally nothing was and we were on our way to hop on the freeway when I happened to turn my head and saw a board... More

The concierge at the Omni recommended this place; somewhere close with really good Italian. It's quiet and everyone is super friendly. The menu has a nice variety and they make their own pasta in house. My wife had chicken fettuccini and said it was absolutely fab. I had the swordfish special which was very good, and crab cake appetizer, which... More

We just stumbled upon this little gem of a restaurant. So glad we did. The food is cooked to order and all the pastas are made in the restaurant. Started with small Cesar Salad and Spinach Salad. The dressings on both salads were perfect. Hubby had Penne Pasta with Vodka Sauce and Italian Sausage. Just right portion. It was excellent.... More

Pleasantly surprised. Close to the major hotels. Great service with "Yankee quality" Italian food. We walked in with a party of 8, but call ahead to be safe.

I was looking for a quiet restaurant near my hotel in Nashville and that is almost impossible!!! I found Solo Mio and had a nice dinner. The restaurant IS quiet and has a nice atmosphere. The waiter told me they were best known for their homemade pastas and sauces (you can "mix and match"); I ordered the linguini with ragu... More

Description
At Sole Mio, all of our Italian dishes are made from scratch from authentic Northern Italian family recipes. When you step foot into our space, you'll feel as if you have stepped out of Nashville and onto the streets of Italy. Sole Mio started on the beaches of the Adriatic Sea over 25 years ago. Owner GianCarlo Agnoletti opened his first restaurant in his hometown near Rimini, Italy. There he developed a passion for wonderfully fresh, Northern Italian food and is pleased to share it with you here in Nashville. Sole Mio specializes in serving fresh house-made pastas, sauces and desserts. Our house favorites include our rolled veal involtini, lobster ravioli and Linguine Carbonara. Don't forget to save room for our Home-made Tiramisu! Sole Mio is the perfect place for special occasions, date nights and even large, private business dinners. Come see why everyone in Nashville knows Sole Mio is the best Italian.
