This is by far one of my favorite places to eat when I come visit. Their breakfast is to die for. Breakfast bar on the weekends is phenomenal too. The dinner food is so good too. Service is outstanding. Ask for Wendy to be your...server, she's a gem!More

This wasn’t a planned stop, but happened upon them right about lunch time so stopped in to check it out. GREAT DECISION! The food was great, you’re not going to leave hungry if you order something. It’s a homey atmosphere and very welcoming. Plan to...stop here again next trip through.More

Have been here so many times before because the food is always good and we always have great time with our server too. That’s why we were willing to wait over 1/2 hour just to get seated today. Were disappointed to see that our go-to...girl (Ingrid) was not going to be able to take care of us today because she was seating folks but when it was time to be seated, she told us not to worry because we would love our server too. As busy as she was, she did stop by to share a few laughs with us when she had a minute. Like other reviewers have said, she really does make you feel right at home. Not everyone invests that much time and attention on their customers. As usual, the food was very good and Ethan was super nice too. On our way out, we told her how much we enjoyed Ethan’s service and after telling us “I told ya so!”, she asked us to leave a review, so here it is. We always ask for her and we always will but if she’s ever unavailable again? We will definately look for Ethan. Highly recommend this place for the worlds best pancakes and to make the experience even better? Make sure you ask to be served by one of these two.More

We actually tried to eat at Hillbilly's on our first day and they were closed...weather or water or something. We came back the next morning to find them open. The service was really good and the breakfast quality and quantity were spot on. Their biscuits...were really tasty but their gravy...wow! Eggs cooked to order and bacon serving was good size. Coffee was good...no a dark roast if you are looking for strong coffee.More

Small place with a nice local feel! Appetizer was a nice little basket of cinnamon biscuits. They were a little overcooked, but my daughter loved them. French toast was perfect and my mom's biscuits and gravy were yummy! There is a truck right in the...middle of the restaurant you get to sign once done eating! Bathrooms are small and threw is a small gift shop. Great pit stop on your way to Tuckaleechee Caverns!More

Great food for a great price! Best coleslaw I have ever tasted, home made onion rings with a little kick, yummy chicken tenders. Country ham was delicious.

From what I understand they are just testing the waters this fall for dinner. They normally just serve breakfast and lunch closing at 2PM. Wonderful food though! :)
