This restaurant is in the Omni Hotel. The food was nice portion size. Food was ok. They could not understand the burger with out cheese. Took a few tries to get it right.

Holy cow! The short ribs were amazing. The meat is so tender you could cut it with your fork! The mac-n-cheese was tasty also. Great romantic place for a date. You can sit out by the fire and relax with a drink.

We were a little tired from a very busy convention and not sure what we wanted for dinner. The hostess was patient and invited us in to take a look at the buffet. It looked great so we were seated. I had the banquette side...More

We met here to celebrate a birthday. The hostess and servers were nice and accomodating for our large party size, without using the $800 private room. The buffet is $20. With taxes and gratuity, it was $25.98. I loved the way the buffet was set....More

The chicken fried steak is delicious and the portion is unbelievably big, in fact, no reason not to share it. Wait staff were excellent.

My husband and I ate at Texas Spice quite a few mornings while we were staying at the Omni. The food was delicious and filling! My favorite was the corn flake encrusted french toast. The service was excellent as well. Definitely will eat here again...More

Texas Spice... First off I'm not sure if I have ever rated a place as terrible? Hmmm... anyway I'm staying at the Omni and I figured I'd go and sit at the bar for a drink and bite. While I will start by saying the...More

Javier is amazing! If you ever eat here, request him. 5star service at its best... for breakfast. He was very attentive, offered suggestions and was extreme friendly at 6:30am. That's hard for most to do that early. Give that man a raise! Please please, try...More

We do not carry a happy hour at Texas Spice but The Owners Box, also located in the hotel, does. Hope to see you soon, Chuck!

Thanks for asking Erika! Unfortunately, our furry friends are not allowed. The doors to the patio are sliding and therefore count as a complete restaurant (both patio and inside seating). The city has made it illegal for us... More
Don K
Well Hello, my name is Don Kappel and I have an idea for a new television show all about wine. As you probably know there are lots of food/cooking programs being broadcast today, and even a cable tv channel called the food network, but nothing about wine! Wouldn't be nice to learn about wines, how it is produced, where it comes from and what foods are a perfect match. Well, that is what this show would be all about. So here is my question for you. Would you want to have your company featured on this program? If your answer is YES, would you be willing to make a minimum investment to help with production costs? We are looking for 4 title sponsors to make a one time investment of $5000. and you would have special acknowledgements with mentions at both the opening and closing of the show as well as advertising time during all commercial breaks. This is a great investment opportunity. At this point, we are working with 3 different television production companies (2 in Calif and 1 in Texas). We do have interest from a few cable networks, like the Food Network, Cooking Channel and the Travel Channel just to mention a few. So it's up to you, do you want to be the first company to support IT IS WINE TIME? Please let me know and your sponsorship will be put under a contract. Thank you, Don Kappel PS. Please contact me to discuss this opportunity
