We dined around 9 p.m. and Miguel waited on us and did a great job. Wine list was awesome and food was very good. Haven't been in years and I'll go back.

Stayed at the Fairmont for a conference. In normal conference garb (polo shirt and shorts), stopped in for a bite since conference did not include lunch. A little snooty for my taste (but hey its a four star hotel), but the food was very good....More

I had the gemelli pasta for dinner and it was excellent. The sauce was creamy and light and the pasta was perfectly cooked. I took the advice of the hotel operator and got the butterscotch brulee for dessert. Oh man. What a delicious item. Loved...More

Great food and staff! My co-workers and I went there for Restaurant Week; we will be back! Surprise was a great hamburger and the Greek yogurt and honey Panna Cotta.

After a long travel day, all you want is a burger and a drink. So what if it is 3pm? The Pyramid Bar was right there with a choice of local bourbons and the Pyramid burger with sweet potato fries.

Description
A fresh market culinary philosophy fares well in the Pyramid kitchens, where inspiration is easy to come by courtesy of the restaurant's 3,000 square-foot rooftop garden. Fresh herbs, spices, fruits and vegetables grow in abundance and are spotlighted on The Pyramid Restaurant menus, along with other Texas flavors, abundant in the ingredients available from Texas growers, ranchers and regional purveyors. Our culinary team revels in the opportunity to procure a vast amount of locally sourced ingredients, recognizing that building strong relationships with local purveyors provides an opportunity to learn about new products and the current landscape of produce. For this reason, our culinary team is dedicated to scouring the Texas landscape for the freshest and most flavorful ingredients, which include Texas Olive Ranch extra virgin olive oil, Brazos Valley cheese and Texas Honeybee Guild honey.
