When we are driving on 59 this is our stop for BBQ and jerky. The chopped brisket sandwich is a must and a slice of marbled cheese. We purchase the thick jerky, we enjoy the peppered bison, turkey, and beef.

Always stop at Praseks when traveling through the area. I had a chopped beef sandwich that was a little too salty but still pretty good and my wife had a chicken plate that was very good and the kids had pulled pork that was excellent.
