This was recommended by the hotel. It was popular with the locals. Simple local decor. The enchiladas were ok, but the fajitas were very salty.

Passing thru on a Sunday night and this was one of just a few places open. Read about the brisket tacos and burritos and we decided to try it. The shredded chicken tacos and the brisket tacos weed excellent. The salsa which is made there is also excellent. The refried beans, very good. The service was friendly, helpful and efficient.... Stopped here because of the other reviews we saw and it did not disappoint. They give large portions for a decent price but was great taste wise. The quesadilla was good. We got it to go but it was very quick.

We stayed at the new Fairfield Marriott in Fort Stockton, on way to Austin from Tucson. Manager recommended Alfredos as best place because of selection on menu and food. We checked in and when we were going through lobby, I asked the new check in agent, her opinion...she said Alfraedos was "ok" but recommended another TacoTeo or something like that...but... More

Visited here during a very brief visit to Fort Stockton. The staff are friendly and quite accommodating (happily put 16 of us up at short notice) and served us promptly. Good choice of food and seemed popular with the locals. Food tasty but I'm not the biggest Mexican food fan. Portion sizes are large. I enjoyed the decor - a... More

Returning home from New Orleans, stopped to spend a night in Fort Stockton. Fortunate to find Alfredo's. Not many good local food places open on Sundays. Food was good, service excellent from very friendly people.

We have eaten here several times on cross country trips because it is open later and on Monday and has parking and a friendly staff. Food fine if not great. Filling and reasonable price

We thought this was an Italian place because of the name, but it is Mexican. The service was great, the place was outdated but very clean and the food was awesome. Very nice lady owns the place and her attention to detail really shows.

Don't know how they got to be #4 out of 38 restaurants in area. Food quality poor, way over priced. Taco Bell would have been better.

The hubby and I had dinner there tonight before we head into Big Bend National Park. Alfredo's has a laid-back vibe and our service was excellent. Hubby had the hamburger steak and I had the chicken fajitas. Muy Bueno!
