The Alliance Uncle Julios is not as good as the one near Camp Bowie. it seems as if it is not as good as it use to be and more of a overpriced OTB The portions of food are not worth the price, the food is average at best especially the rice, however the waitress was a good worker and... More

Head lunch on two occasions. First time had fish tacos, they were cooked perfect, the fish was very fresh and treat, the server Kimmie was very friendly and signed me up for a loyalty card. Second time had the flank steak fajitas, they were great, cooked perfect and very tender. As it was second visit the loyalty card got us... More

Took my parents here for her birthday, they are so busy, so go early, we all had the steak fajitas, very good, the beans were not so great, but the fresh chips, guacamole and hot sauce made up for that, this is a very noisy establishment, so ask for a window table if you want to hear talk amongst each other. You get... The food was good. The restaurant was crowded, though we could get seated on the patio immediately (the temp was in the 90s). The patio provided shade and fans so was not a bad option. The drinks were good, as were the chips and salsa. The entrees were good with large portions.

The Gordo Platter with shrimp wrapped bacon, fajitas, and BBQ ribs! It is made for 3-4 people to enjoy. For desert the chocolate pinata giantess to put a smile on the face of young and old alike!

My favorite go-to mexican restaurant -- EVER ! I frequent the FTW area thanks to family located there :) And ALWAYS have to have one meal at Uncle Julio's. We've had many a celebration there from college graduation, to rehearsal dinners, birthdays and more -- we really don't need an excuse to go :) And brunch on Sundays works too!

So the service itself was pretty good but I came with a group of maybe 12 people and we had to wait outside for about close to maybe 1-2 hours! It wasn't great to wait that long even when I believe you pretty much gotta make reservations because it seems like a popular place. You also don't get that much... More

Their Mexican food is Americanized and with all the choices of good Mexican restaurants in the area, I won't return. Not spicy and what kind of Mexican restaurant doesn't have refried beans? Charro beans was all that was offered. The salsa was excellent but that's about it.

Uncle Julio's never disappoints. The menu is full of variety, from standard Tex-mex to seafood offerings. Great place for fir business or a outing family.
