You can always depend on Cousin's for consistently good barbaque. I love the stuff baked potatoes and for dessert much later their chocolate chip cookies.

We went to Cousin's for lunch one afternoon during my recent trip to Texas. Food is served cafeteria style, and the service is fast and friendly. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with fries, which was a bargain at about $8. The sandwich was excellent. The port was tender, and the barbecue sauce was spicy and tangy. The fries were... More

We come here frequently when visiting Fort Worth and visit the site on McCart bc it is close to family. We get take out sometimes and also eat in often. You go thru a cafeteria-like line, giving your order at the first of the line for meat and then choosing your sides. I love the BBQ chicken and turkey. Those... More

The serving line was long but moved rapidly. Everyone behind the counter was efficient and friendly.

Been a customer of Cousin's for years. They are consistently good; not the best but very good. They are always friendly and treat you like family. The BBQ brisket is always tasty and not dry. One of my favorites there in the winter is their Frito Pie with chopped brisket instead of chili.

Setting is in an underwhelming part of S Fort Worth. In a strip mall with little Caesars and some other very 'chain' feeling businesses. Not a good start when you are looking for authentic, local Q. Pork ribs were truly great. Wonderful dry rub, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Brisket was ok, and bit generic. Sides were ok, the sweet beans... More

I have been to this location several times, and even taken first time visitors to the area to this Cousin's location. Each time it has been wonderful, and the quality is consistent. My personal favorite is the brisket (best I've ever had anywhere). My second favorite is the sausage, but I find all of their meat selections to be consistently... More

Overall this was our favorite BBQ spot on our Dallas trip with friends . Portions and prices here were by far the best! Lunch deals were really good and I was able to split a 3 meat combo with my wife. Highly recommend the chicken or brisket. Sides were all quite tasty and service was very quick in the line.... More

We came into town and stopped to pick up some brisket and sides to go. We got pinto beans (good), carrot salad(very good), fried okra(excellent), mustard potato salad (very good) and banana hop pudding (outstanding) to go with the 2.5# sliced brisket (very tender and tasty,) total was around$56 for everything. Enought for 6 people with some left over. Easy... More
