Stopped in twice. First visit was early evening. I had Jaegerschnitzel. Wasn't too impressed, just average. The side order of sauerkraut was really a highlight. Hard to get excited over a side dish but it was really great. Had a friendly waiter. Food and drinks...More

I can't decide if the food or the service was the worst thing about this restaurant. Our server was completely disinterested and impersonal, the food came out literally minutes within being ordered and none of our group of 4 had anything remotely good to say...More

This review is only on the meal we had. We ordered the jagerschnitzel with "German" potatoe salad and red cabbage. The schnitzel had so much of something that may have been flour that it tasted like library paste. The "mushroom gravy" tasted like it came...More

Not a big crowd and dinner was fine! One of our friends had the chicken fried steak and it looked fab. He loved it!

Beer was tasteless and food was not impressive. Chicken fried steak was tough. Wings were dipped in some kids and if sauce that ruined the flavor. The service was good, but food and beer not worth the stop.

We stop in here on every visit to Fredericksburg and enjoy the great selection of Beer and German food! My wife and I sometimes make a special trip, just to have a beer and enjoy a Reuben Sandwich with red cabbage

We hit the Brewery during the lunch hour. Found a seat and the service was great from start to finish. Food is great also. Actually liked the schnitzel here better than another local German restaurant. Beer choice was excellent.

This place is a must-stop for us whenever we are in Fredericksburg. The food is good and the brews (all made in-house) are excellent.

We stayed at the Inn on Baron's Creek. Super nice. Probably quieter and they have a beautiful setting out back with pool and hot tub. Seems like the Inn would have more noise. Was not super impressed with them, perhaps... More
