One of the first places we found after moving to Frisco. Originally owned and operated by Lloyd and his wife but sold to another local family to carry on the tradition and it has. Great for those Texas warm evenings after a sports game or after dinner sweet treat. I typically get the Straw-Anna and share it.

Double Dip Frozen Custard has been a Frisco institution for many years. I'm from Wisconsin and I can't say it's exactly like the custard shops near my old stomping grounds, but it's a good option in this area. They recently moved to a new location West of the Tollway from their old digs in Downtown Frisco. They offer vanilla custard,... More

The custard is so yummy! There are games like hopscotch to keep the kiddos busy. You can get sizes that range in "I just want a little taste - small" to "forget the diet - large!"

Must be over 100 people here tonight...and for good reason. Frozen custard on a hot summer night is a summertime must in TX! 4 stars as it's shocking to pay such a premium. One cup of custard costs the same as a half gallon of Blue Bell. Well, at least we won't worry with listeria tonight though...

Their frozen custard is amazing! They have tons of toppings including fresh fruit like mango and their large pecans are delicious. If you are in the mood for some fattening comfort food, try their chili cheese dog with mustard & onions. You will need a fork, it's probably the best chili cheese dog in the area! They have free baby... More

I love coming to double dip every time I'm in town. Their frozen custard is sooooo good. This visit I got two scoops of vanilla and two scoops of chocolate. Can't decide which one is the best. They are both so good!!!!!

Some of the best frozen custard around. And the buttered toasted pecans on top really made it special. Though $16 is quite a bit for 2 ice creams, it was really delicious. I recommend the bananas and strawberries topped with pecans.

Wow! This place was a highlight on our recent visit to the Dallas area. We popped in there for a small dessert, but quickly learned the portions are huge and desserts are amazing. I had the apple pie a la mode and I ate every single bite. It was so good. Highly recommend you split something if you aren't that... More

This is staple in Frisco for desserts and evening hang outs. Rather family friendly and good staff. More than likely to be crowded but worth the wait. Ball Park style hot dogs and a great assortment of desserts from shakes, sundaes, custards and banana splits. We typically stop by after our soccer games in Frisco.

They only make vanilla or chocolate small batch frozen yogurts and I love, love their chocolate frozen custard. It's super creamy and delicious. The restaruant feels old timey and quant in it's current location at Main and North county Rd. They have any toppping you can imagine available. Not cheap for an ice cream outing, but it's very filling so... More
