I met some friends at Cianfrani and we just enjoyed ourselves. The location on the square is perfect. The coffee was very tasty. The muffins and scones were decent. I loved the artwork by local artists that was hanging on the walls. It's a large enough space that you can always get a table. I'd recommend this local coffee shop... More

We stopped in here after lunch for to go coffees during a road trip. The staff was very friendly and the Americano I had was pretty good. There weren't a lot of pastries to choose from and most looked unappealing anyway. Husband and baby shared an ice cream that was good, though. Large space for moving around, which was nice... More

Cianfrani's has been in Georgetown since somtime in the 90's, I'm pretty sure. It has survived despite 3 Starbucks locations added here! Always friendly, always good, large seating area, on the square in Georgetown. Locally owned. They even offer Almond milk as an option. This one our favorite places to get coffee and relax.

We love coming to this place. The atmosphere is relaxed, the coffees are wonderful and the selection of teas is huge. you can mix and match to your hearts content.

If you like cold, Saran-wrapped pastries and bad 1980s music, this is the place for you. I wanted to like this place, but the ambiance felt hollow. Clerk was grumpy; they ran out of coffee.

This places promotes itself as a purveyor of quality coffee, freshly made for people who care. We visited after dinner just for a late coffee to finish the evening. Streets were quiet but Cianfrini was open, looked comfortable and had a few customers. So any time you are looking for a lukewarm coffee out of a pre made thermos jug... More

Stopped in for a little refreshment. The place was OK. My muffin was very good but a little dry. Perhaps if it was heated, it might have been better. I do not drink coffee so opted for a bottled smoothie which was perfect for me. The service was slow at the counter but satisfactory.

After a full meal, we were ready to walk around Georgetown square. Stopped at Cianfrani. This place is huge compared to some of the Starbucks. The aroma of roasted coffee and baked items was very appealing. We ordered cappuccinos and an almond cookie. They were both very good. We loved the art by local artists. Definitely a yes.

Tasty coffee with more atmosphere than a Starbucks. Tasty sweet treats and quaint table settings. A nice finish to a tour around the Square.
