This is a great place to grab a bite to eat while in Glen Rose. Kid friendly, good food without being too fancy, and a fun decor.

The Storiebook Café is a great place to enjoy lunch with friends. Recently ate lunch there while shopping on the Glenrose Square. It was a wonderful quaint cute little café with great atmosphere and great food. Highly recommend it.

Great atmosphere, best chicken salad sandwich and a very tasty and unique Rueben pasta salad. Desserts are great. Fun play area for small kids, and an endless supply of books to browse if you have time.

Very adorable idea. Delicious food (sandwiches and wraps. Books, games, etc. Only improvement would be service. Never checked on after food was brought and no refills were offered. But otherwise fantastic lunch spot

This is the second time that I have been to the Storiebook cafe. My mom and I took our friends there and they loved it! The service is fast! The drinks are brought out in little mason jars! How cute! The food is really good and the desserts are just the right size. They also are doing this promotion where... More

Enjoyed lunch driving through Glen Rose. The atmosphere worth a visit. And 5 stars. I had half chicken salad on sourdough with rueben soup. My husband had triple club sandwich. Both very good. We enjoyed browsing & smiling @ signs like "bad decisions make good stories".

Glen Rose is a great town to visit with kids and Storiebook Cafe should be on your list for a lunch stop. Tons of toys and games and costumes are scattered throughout the playroom and the food is good. My boys had great fun playing dominoes while they ate their sandwiches shaped like dinosaurs.

Is is a fun place to have lunch. Men and women both love this place and find it very interesting. One room is like a library with all types of real books, other rooms are dollhouse style with great toys for children to play with while waiting for their meal. And the food is wonderful lunchtime type selections. When you... More
