I have driven through Haslet for several months now, and every time I have wanted to stop and eat all I heard was" nooo I'm not hungry" or " I don't want BBQ" Today, my choice! And I was the hero! Good smokey delicious BBQ! At first I thought the guy behind the counter (alone) was kind of surly. Turns... More

I had a craving and finally decided to go to a place I've passed by numerous times. Lee's is literally on the other side of the tracks. This makes it hard to see if they're open and they do not have a web site. Is was dinner time and the small place was not crowded, yet there was a help... More

Meats are consistently good. Sides are just ok. Don't care for styrofoam dishes and plastic utensils. Place is a dive by the old tracks in Haslet.

Don't let the outside looks deter you.... This is somewhere you MUST eat if you love great BBQ. Nothing fancy but good food... Lee is awesome and you won't leave hungry. Highly recommend.

Lee's Bar-b-que is a small "mom and pop" place locally owned. It's off the beaten path just north of Fort Worth. We had the ribs and brisket with potato salad and Cole slaw. The brisket and sauce were both good. The ribs were ok, but a bit dry. I didn't really care for the Cole slaw, but the potato salad... More

Where do you start? This is a small place in a small town run by one guy who mobilizes every day to serve the best 'cue he can. When the road adjacent was being redone a couple of years ago, it nearly wiped him out. But Mr Lee is still going and that's because his customers recognize what the place... More

Recommended by a friend, I drove a wee bit east of Alliance Airport to visit Lee's BBQ. From the outside, Lee's looks like the kind of place you might want to keep on driving past. There really nothing on the inside that might change your mind, but you'd be making a mistake, and missing out on some very good BBQ.... More

This is one of those hole-in-the-wall places that doesn't look like much, but serves the best food you can imagine. You can dine in or carry out. Just make sure to stop and enjoy!

Lee's was very expensive, the service is poor, and the place is dirty and very small, maybe five tables total. The place is very unreliable as far as when it is open and when it is closed.
